Looking for a naturist sauna near London? Just an hour from the city, Brocken Hurst offers a peaceful, countryside naturist retreat where you can relax, reconnect, and enjoy the benefits of being completed naked and relaxed in a welcoming, body-positive environment.

The decision was finally made late summer, and we have scheduled special ‘nudist Sundays’ once a month so we can have a day where guests can bathe nude (which I totally get is more comfortable), and now my topic of conversation is on nudist vs naturist – or should we go with the cultural line of ‘German Style’!?Anyone who has been to a German sauna will know it’s mandatory nakedness that is the rule – you will get ushered out of the sauna if you go in wearing any clothing, a towel is the only thing you can take in with you – and you must sit on it correctly too…. maybe sauna etiquette is the topic for the next newsletter.

One of our Naturist Cleaners, Pasha, is also a qualified Pilates instructor and runs naked Pilates classes in Surrey, Sussex and London.
