She may be as deadly as any other member of the Beast Pirates, but damn if Ulti isn’t a different breed of cute! Just as desirable as any of One Piece’s veteran waifus, Ulti is as hard-headed as they come, though her attire certainly softens the blow. Besides, who doesn’t love a girl who can turn into a dinosaur? Ulti’s temper and nagging attachment to her brother are certainly red flags, but she’s still a sexy firebrand we love to watch – at a safe distance from her headbutts.
